Inner mandala The object of my attachment aversion and ignorance
こころの世界 私の執着・嫌悪・おろかさの対象として存在する 友や、敵や、知らない人は客体（幻想）に過ぎません。 そして私の肉体、富や歓喜・・・ 私は感覚が作り出したこれらの幻想を神に捧げます 喜んで受け取って下さい そして、これらの三毒のレベルから、私が自由になれますように、祝福してください。

Mind is beginninngless because it is mind. Mind is not made out of matter like the body. It is the continuity of clarity and knowing , which arises out of its previous moment and is dependent on its object of knowledge. The mind has always been clear and is dependent on its object of knowldge. The mind has always been clear and knowing and always will be. 始まりのない過去より続くもの、それが心です。 心は肉体のように、物質により作られているものではありません。 透明ですべてを理解したものの連続であり、永遠の時間の中で 知識の対象（経験）によって創り上げられたものです。 心は（水晶のように）透明で、いつでもすべてを知っています。 時として、知っていることには限界があるように思ってしまうことがあります。 でもそれは限界がないように・・・することが出来ます。 ----------------菩提道・次第

仏教は多くの方便を使いますが、四法印は了義（確定的な真理）です。 ただし・・前文がありました。 All composit phenomena are impermanent. All contaminated things and events are unsatisfactory. All phenomina are empty and selfless. Nirvana is true peace. 諸行無常（縁起によって合成された現象は・・・変化する） 一切行苦（悪影響《刷り込み》を受けた事物は・・・不満である） 諸法無我（現象は・・空であり・・無我である） 涅槃寂静（感覚器官の《刷り込み》を断った状態こそ・・真の平安である）
《一切行苦》は「この世の行いがすべて苦しい」のではなく・・・ その解決は・・死を思え（メメント・モリ）となります。 《涅槃寂静》はお腹に意識を置いて・・呼吸している自分を見つめるのです。 膨らんでいる・・膨らんでいる・・へっこんでいる・・へっこんでいる・・お腹の動きを見つめながら・・ 意識をどこへもやらないで・・Be here now. |

ネパールで買ったダライ・ラマの本より抜粋します。 [Happiness can`t be bought] Mental Piece cannot be injected by any doctor, no market can sell mental Piece or Happiness. 【幸福は誰かによって・・もたらされるものではなく】 心の平安は、お医者さんに注射することはできません。 心の平安や幸福感は・・・コンビニで売ってはいないのです。 ・・・・ではどうするのか！ [Meditation] Meditation should form the basis for action. （瞑想は瞑想のために行ってはいけない。） 行為（自らが変容する）を実践するための瞑想とすべきなのだ。 ・・・ではどのような行為をすれば良いのか？ [Kindness bring about piece] With kindness, with love and compassion,with this feelin g that is the essence of brotherhood sisterhood , one will have inner piece. 【思いやりが平安をもたらす】 世界がひとつであるという同朋の意識。 「思いやり」と「いとおしみ」と「いつくしみ」の感覚、 この感覚が心の平安をもたらします。 初めは自らの幸福を求め・・内部の平安を得るために瞑想 し・・・ これが瞑想の本当の効果なのでしょう。 |

何を考えたかで・・・その人の存在が決まります。 考え（意識＋無意識）が世界を・・・創っています。 純粋な心で・・話し・・行動しましょう。 そうすれば・・・幸運は従ってきます。 あなたの無意識が・・恐れることなどありません。
